Who can apply?

There is no fixed eligibility criteria for mentors applying to the Career Mentoring Scheme.   Mentors often come from a range of backgrounds and are employed in the private, public and voluntary sectors.  We look for a range of individuals, from a variety of job roles, as undergraduates often want to gain insight into a diverse range of work areas.   

We are looking for applicants who would be able to offer support through a minimal commitment level of just four hours in total.  We also encourage applications from individuals who wish to develop their own skills and abilities, as mentoring is very much a two-way learning process.
